Embroidery Patches

Basic process:

First of all, design or draw up sketches,it should be a picture or a previous patch which can be duplicated on a machine, digitizer will digitize logos on computer according to the size of the customer's request. 

After digitizing, the file will be stored in the disk, then sent to production workshop, people who have the knowledge of embroidery and the ability to operate machine need to embroidery the sample out: twill fabric spreading in the frame, select the appropriate line then you can start the machine. The automatic color changing device controlled by computer should stop the machine automatically and change the color or the needle when the pattern needs. The process was not completed until the embroidery task was finished. Today various versions of the strip can be easily converted to any other format, no matter what format it was.

At last,human factors are of prime importance. they will make backing, heat cut border to perform a final patch, this really needs high skills and experience to cut one by one completely. 

Usually we scan sample and send picture via email to clients for confirmation, but sometimes they needs to see the sample in hand if it is satisfactory, once confirmed, production can be going on.
